Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, EPCs, distributors, and end users, positioning the Company as a trusted technical and lifecycle partner. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Process and fluid-conditioning product portfolio, end-market applications, competitive landscape, and pricing structures. Understand customer system requirements and translate those needs into appropriate product and system solutions, with consideration for total cost of ownership, serviceability, and long-term maintenance. Identify and recommend product improvements, localization opportunities, and new product concepts to support profitability and sustainable growth.
