About The Position

Titan Banking AI is hiring a Technical Associate to join its growth team and build and manage the AI agents and automations that support go-to-market and customer operations. The role owns and improves systems for documentation, release communications, customer reporting, and sales operations.

The position offers ownership of systems used by the team, direct exposure to leadership, engineers, and customers, practical experience with frontier AI tools, and the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities across growth, product, and operations as the company scales.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong academic background in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Technical curiosity and exposure to GitHub, scripting, automation tools, or AI agents.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort figuring things out independently.
• Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to handle both technical challenges and everyday operational work.

Nice To Haves

• Internship experience in engineering, consulting, product, or operations.
• Experience building AI automations or side projects.
• Interest in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve AI agents, Claude workflows, and internal tools to eliminate manual work.
• Manage documentation, release notes, product tutorials, and customer updates.
• Build usage reports, maintain dashboards, and track customer outcomes.
• Automate CRM workflows, maintain internal databases, and streamline sales operations processes.
• Research competitors, document AI use cases, and help onboard customers.
