About The Position

Atom is an AI-native company that helps businesses build their brands, starting with the right name. AI is part of both its products and its day-to-day work. The Tech Startup Associate will work with founders and startup teams to find suitable business names and domains, guide customers from their first conversation through purchase, and manage and grow client relationships. The role also involves working across sales, marketing, and partnerships to gain exposure to how a technology business operates. Associates use AI tools daily for research and writing. No prior experience is needed; training and early responsibility are provided, with opportunities to grow as the company grows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or any other major.
0–2 years of experience, including internships; recent graduates are welcome.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter who enjoys variety and learns quickly.
Interest in startups, technology, and AI.

Responsibilities

Work with founders and startup teams to find the right name and domain for their business.
Guide customers from the first conversation through purchase.
Manage a book of client relationships and grow it over time.
Work across sales, marketing, and partnerships to learn how a technology business operates end to end.
