The Growth Associate works directly with customers to help them find and purchase the right domain, builds relationships with buyers and sellers, and helps keep deals moving. The role runs outreach and follow-up campaigns, tracks their effectiveness, and tests growth ideas with the team while measuring results. The associate uses AI tools daily for research, writing, and working more efficiently. Atom hires for potential and provides training, offers opportunities to grow and be promoted from within based on results, and emphasizes small teams and meaningful ownership from the first week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or any major.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys talking with people and is motivated by results.
• Curiosity about technology, startups, and AI.
