About The Position

AI is integrated into its products and operations, and the team is growing. The Communications Associate communicates with prospective customers, sellers, domain owners, startups, and founders. The role helps customers find suitable domains, supports the seller community, discusses domain availability and selling options with domain owners, and helps founders understand naming and domain choices. It also involves writing persuasive communications and using AI tools for research, writing, and productivity. No prior experience is required; the company will provide training and offers growth opportunities into client, partnership, and leadership roles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, English, or any major.
0–2 years of experience, including internships; recent graduates are welcome.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence starting conversations with people not previously known.
Organized, curious, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

Talk with prospective customers by phone, email, and chat, and help them find the right domain.
Serve as a go-to contact for the seller community by answering questions, sharing updates, and helping sellers succeed on Atom.
Reach out to domain owners about domain availability and options to sell.
Work with startups and founders to understand their naming and domain needs.
Write clear, persuasive emails and messages that move conversations forward.
Use AI tools for research, writing, and working more efficiently.
