About The Position

Nexxaworks is seeking a motivated, entry-level Communications Associate to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. The role is suited to recent graduates and others at the beginning of their communications careers, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The associate will help create communication materials, support social media campaigns, maintain digital content, coordinate communications-related events, monitor media coverage, and work with departments across the company to support consistent messaging.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn new software and communication technologies.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Support the development and implementation of social media campaigns across various platforms.
Help maintain and update company websites and intranet content.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and webinars related to communications efforts.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communications performance and outreach.
Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
