About The Position
We're looking for an enthusiastic Brand Communications Associate to join our growing event marketing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, representing brands, attending events, and learning how successful marketing campaigns are created and executed. You don't need years of marketing experience to succeed here. We're looking for personality, ambition, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. As a Brand Communications Associate, you'll work closely with our marketing and events teams to help create memorable brand experiences, connect with consumers, and support promotional campaigns for our clients.
Requirements
- A recent graduate or someone looking to launch a career in marketing, communications, events, sales, or public relations

Responsibilities
- Represent well-known brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and experiential marketing activations
- Engage directly with consumers and create positive, memorable brand experiences
- Communicate key brand messages in an enthusiastic and authentic way
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Support promotional campaigns and community events
- Build strong relationships with customers, event attendees, and team members
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Learn the fundamentals of brand marketing, event management, customer engagement, and campaign strategy
- Track basic event and campaign results and share feedback with the team
- Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm new ideas and improve campaign performance
- Represent our clients and company with professionalism, energy, and confidence
