Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store using an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned.
