About The Position

The Seasonal Part-Time Team Member helps customers shop the store, locate products, and find solutions while delivering friendly service and a fast, accurate checkout. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram work, inventory processes, and maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team Members also support rewards and credit-card enrollments, customer surveys, online order fulfillment, shrink and safety programs, and company policies. The position is cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. Work takes place in a public retail store, with some stock rooms potentially not climate controlled and occasional outdoor work. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to remain standing for long periods.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations, support the organization's vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
