Seasonal PT Team Member
About The Position
The Seasonal Part-Time Team Member works in a public retail store, providing friendly customer service and helping customers find products and solutions. The role includes delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience; supporting store operations such as truck unloading, stocking, planograms, merchandise recovery, and inventory processes; and assisting with online order fulfillment. Team Members are expected to follow company procedures and policies, support safety and shrink programs, and interact respectfully with customers and coworkers. The position is cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. The work environment includes climate-controlled public areas, stockrooms that may not be climate controlled, and occasional outdoor work when retrieving carts or unloading trucks. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and meet applicable legal requirements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go-backs and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, model a positive image, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
