About The Position

The Seasonal Team Member provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and find solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes cash handling, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and informing customers about the Voice of Customer survey. Team Members also assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.

Additional duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, completing planograms, maintaining merchandise recovery and store presentation, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The position requires following company procedures, policies, and standards, and interacting respectfully with customers and colleagues. Team Members are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production and may perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
