About The Position

Taco Bell is seeking a Team Member to provide fast, fun, and friendly customer service while preparing food and supporting restaurant operations. The role involves interacting with customers, preparing and maintaining the quality of products, monitoring service equipment, keeping the workplace clean and safe, and helping manage inventory. Team Members are expected to support a positive, motivating environment and complete required training certification. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must have access to dependable and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
Physical dexterity to move up to 45 pounds from one area to another.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Basic math skills.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as a team player.
Commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong work ethic.
Interest in serving great food and having fun with customers.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing sales and payments, and managing customer issues.
Prepare products.
Maintain product quality.
Monitor service equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
Unload and stock items, and maintain required inventory levels.
Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
Complete training certification.
