Team Member – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash provides exceptional customer service and supports sales efforts by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The role also involves educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, checking satisfaction before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, following safety protocols and standard procedures, addressing customer escalations calmly, and operating basic retail equipment such as computers and POS systems. Team Members learn the wash process and equipment and perform other related duties as assigned. The position offers opportunities for advancement into leadership roles and beyond. The listed starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with pay increases tied to training and skill development. The role requires working flexible hours, including weekends; standing and moving throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment; and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers in sales efforts.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and pitch memberships to new customers.
- Greet customers and exceed expectations through positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform accurate quality-control checks.
- Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and POS systems.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
