Team Member - Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash provides exceptional customer service and supports sales by engaging customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers and creating positive first impressions, and engaging with customers before and after washes to help ensure their satisfaction. Team Members perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures, respond calmly to customer escalations, and operate basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems. They also learn the wash process and equipment and perform other related duties as assigned. The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
