About The Position
The Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash provides customer service and supports sales by engaging customers, promoting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, ensuring satisfaction before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, following safety procedures, responding calmly to customer escalations, and operating basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems. Team Members also learn the wash process and equipment and perform other assigned duties. The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and standing and moving throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and exceed expectations through positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform accurate quality-control checks.
- Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
