Team Member – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales efforts. The role engages potential customers, presents monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upsells products to existing customers. Team Members educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, help ensure satisfaction before and after washes, perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and procedures, and address customer escalations calmly. They also operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process and equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned. The position offers opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement into leadership roles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and exceed their expectations by making a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers before and after the wash to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
- Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Present membership options to new customers and promote monthly unlimited car wash packages.
- Upsell products to existing customers.
- Learn the car wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
