About The Position

Team Members at Twice Daily & White Bison provide guest service and food service in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple positions during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on welcoming guests, building relationships, responding to guest needs, and delivering a high-quality food and beverage experience. Team Members help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary store and kitchen environment and uphold brand standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build relationships, and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Respond to guest and teammate needs, resolve issues, and communicate solutions or improvements.
• Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Keep guest areas, kitchens, and equipment clean and uphold brand standards for a cleaner, safer, and friendlier environment.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, clean restrooms, and support marketing promotions.
• Participate in the Made to Order program by connecting guests with the kitchen and helping them use ordering kiosks.
• Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
• Help guests find products and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation, health, and safety standards; follow recipes and prepare consistent food offerings.
• Support kitchen responsibilities such as ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using provided equipment and selected coffee beans.
