About The Position

Team Members at Twice Daily & White Bison are cross-trained to perform functions across multiple roles during a shift and help provide a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. Depending on the needs of the store, duties may include guest service, cashiering, stocking, cleaning, food preparation and service, kitchen responsibilities, hosting, and making handcrafted beverages. Team Members are expected to uphold standards for cleanliness, food quality, safety, and efficiency while representing the brand and helping guests find products, place orders, and learn about promotions and loyalty programs. Training is provided, with opportunities for ongoing career development and internal advancement.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build relationships, understand their needs, and provide friendly service.
• Perform tasks across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
• Help prepare and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, sanitation, and efficiency standards.
• Keep guest areas, kitchens, and equipment clean and uphold brand standards.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, and assist with product rotation and inventory management.
• Host guests, provide food and drink samples, explain offerings and promotions, and assist with Made to Order kiosks and loyalty program enrollment.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the store's equipment and selected coffee beans.
• Identify and resolve guest and teammate issues, and communicate ideas for improvements.
