About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Team Member to provide friendly guest service and quality food and beverage experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across several positions during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista. The role includes welcoming guests, building relationships, helping guests find products and place orders, resolving problems, and representing the brand. Team Members may prepare or sell food, maintain food quality and safety, clean and stock the store, operate a cash register, and support promotions and loyalty programs. Kitchen responsibilities may include recipe execution, sanitation, product rotation, ordering, and inventory management. Training is provided, and the company emphasizes internal promotion and ongoing career development. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekend availability is preferred; overtime is optional.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide friendly service, and build lasting relationships by understanding and responding to their needs.
Perform functions across multiple positions during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Prepare and sell food and beverages, follow recipes and brand standards, and support a consistent food offering.
Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, and equipment, and uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Stock shelves and inventory, rotate products, and support ordering and inventory management as assigned.
Help guests find products, place orders through Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
Identify and resolve guest and teammate issues, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
Work with teammates to deliver food service safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
