About The Position
Taco Bell is hiring Team Members to provide fast, fun, and friendly service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team Members interact with customers, prepare products, maintain product quality, monitor service equipment, and help keep the workplace clean and safe. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Access to dependable and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity to move up to 45 pounds from one area to another.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills.
- Complete training certification.

Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues.
- Prepare products and maintain product quality.
- Monitor service equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Unload and stock deliveries and maintain required inventory levels.
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
- Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
