About The Position

Taco Bell is hiring Team Members to serve customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team Members provide fast, fun, and friendly service while preparing products, maintaining product quality, and helping keep the workplace clean and safe. The role includes closing shifts; flexible schedules may also include day, night, evening, and late-night shifts. The stated base pay range is $14.70 to $18.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Team Members may also qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other benefits under company policies.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Access to dependable and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Basic math skills.
Complete training certification.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing sales and payments, and managing customer issues.
Prepare products and maintain product quality.
Monitor service equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
Unload and stock deliveries and maintain required inventory levels.
Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
