About The Position

Taco Bell is seeking Team Members who enjoy serving customers and working in a fast-paced environment. Team Members provide fast, friendly service while helping prepare and maintain product quality, operate service equipment, and keep the workplace clean and safe. The role includes customer interactions, order and payment processing, inventory tasks, and supporting recognition and motivation efforts. Closing shifts are included in the job title, while schedules may also include day, night, evening, and late-night shifts. The stated base pay range is $14.70 to $18.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Team Members may also qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other benefits under company policies. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Access to dependable and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
Physical dexterity to move up to 45 pounds from one area to another.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Basic math skills.
Complete training certification.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Receive customer orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues.
Prepare products and maintain product quality.
Monitor service equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
Unload and stock inventory and maintain required inventory levels.
Support recognition and motivation efforts.
Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
