About The Position
Taco Bell is seeking Team Members who enjoy serving customers in a fast-paced environment and want to provide fast, fun, and friendly service. Team Members prepare products, maintain product quality, operate and monitor service equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe workplace. The role also includes receiving customer orders, processing sales and payments, addressing customer issues, and unloading and stocking inventory. Closing-shift work is identified in the posting, and flexible schedules may include day, night, evening, and late-night shifts. The stated base pay range is $14.70 to $18.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Team Members may also qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other benefits under company policies. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Access to dependable and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity to move up to 45 pounds from one area to another.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills.
- Complete training certification.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing sales and payments, and managing customer issues.
- Prepare products.
- Maintain product quality.
- Monitor service equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Unload and stock products and maintain required inventory levels.
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
- Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
