About The Position
Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members for a morning opening shift starting at 4 a.m. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, working respectfully with teammates, preparing products to company standards, keeping work areas clean, and following brand standards and company policies. The advertised pay rate is $17 and up. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
