About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to work the morning opening shift starting at 4 a.m. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return by providing attentive service, preparing quality products, and maintaining clean work areas. The role follows Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards as well as Metro’s operational, quality, safety, and workplace standards.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the top priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
