About The Position

Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members to work the morning opening shift starting at 5 a.m. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return. The role offers an opportunity for career growth and includes training, flexible work schedules, and a stable, fun work environment. Team Members may also be eligible for the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as their top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
