About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members for the morning opening shift, starting at 5 a.m., at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences, prepare quality products, and maintain clean, safe, and brand-compliant work areas. Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Follow Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
