About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members for a morning opening shift starting at 5 a.m. at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences, prepare quality products, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following company and brand standards. The role offers career growth opportunities, training, flexible work schedules, and access to the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program. Pay starts at $17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Follow Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
