About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering great Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, working respectfully and collaboratively with fellow Team Members, preparing products to operational, quality, and safety standards, and keeping workstations and Guest areas clean and neat. Team Members follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and company policies and procedures, and show enthusiasm for the brands and Team Metro. This is a part-time morning opening position starting at 5 a.m. The starting pay rate is $17.00. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
