Team Member 4am Morning Opener
About The Position
Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members to open a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop on the morning shift starting at 4 a.m. Team Members deliver guest experiences, help ensure guests return, prepare products to operational, quality, and safety standards, and contribute to a clean, respectful, team-oriented work environment. The starting pay rate is $17 per hour. The position offers career growth opportunities, training, flexible work schedules, and a stable, fun work environment. Team Members may also be eligible for the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program.
Responsibilities
- Treat guests as the number-one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
