Team Member 4am Morning Opener
About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering great Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. This part-time role works the morning opening shift starting at 4 a.m. at a Metro Franchising Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop. Team Members prepare products to company and brand standards, maintain clean work areas, support colleagues, and provide responsive service to Guests. The position offers training, flexible work schedules, a stable and fun work environment, career-growth opportunities, and eligibility for the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program.
Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the number one priority, respond to Guest needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
