About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering positive Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members for a morning opening shift starting at 5 a.m. at its Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, working cooperatively with colleagues, preparing products to company standards, maintaining clean work areas, and following brand and company policies. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
