Regal Team Members help create memorable theatre experiences by welcoming guests, serving concessions, and ensuring auditoriums and other areas are clean and ready. They support guests throughout their visit and contribute to daily theatre operations in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth across Regal locations.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
