About The Position
The Team Member helps ensure every guest’s visit to Harkins delivers the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. This seasonal role includes guest service, ticketing, concessions, and cleaning duties. Start dates vary based on hiring date. The season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, though the actual end date may be earlier or later depending on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for any specific period, and employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance. Harkins provides training for the role. Candidates should be professional, friendly, reliable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and interested in providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Effectively communicate in English and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or with a team.
- Be available to work during busy times, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Harkins experience may qualify a Team Member to start at up to $17.40 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards, and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
