Retail Team Member - 18+
About The Position
Kilwins is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member at its Downtown Petoskey store. The role helps create enjoyable guest experiences by serving premium ice cream and handcrafted chocolates, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean, stocked, guest-ready store. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. This is an active retail position involving most of the shift on your feet, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance, and essential evening, weekend, and holiday availability. The position is not eligible for remote work or relocation assistance. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a genuine smile.
- Scoop premium ice cream and prepare treats.
- Help guests select chocolates, fudge, caramel corn, and other Kilwins products.
- Operate the register.
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Work with teammates to create exceptional guest experiences.
