About The Position

Kilwins is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member, age 18 or older, for its Petoskey, Michigan location. The role helps create enjoyable guest experiences by welcoming customers, serving premium ice cream and handcrafted chocolates, and supporting daily store operations. Paid training is provided; prior experience is not required. Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips. This is an active retail position. Team members spend most of their shift on their feet assisting guests and supporting coworkers, and should be comfortable occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential. The position is not eligible for remote work, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
