Seasonal Team Member
About The Position
Krispy Kreme is hiring seasonal, entry-level Team Members to help serve customers during peak seasons. Team Members provide friendly, efficient service and help maintain a well-kept shop. No previous experience is required; applicants should be motivated to learn and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves welcoming customers, accurately completing orders and payments, keeping informed about products and promotions, restocking products to maintain freshness, and maintaining the shop’s appearance and cleanliness. Team Members are expected to contribute to an inclusive culture where people are welcomed and valued.
Requirements
- No previous experience is necessary.
- Must have open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
- Present a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards.
- Commit to supporting an equitable, unbiased culture where employees can express their originality.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Take and complete orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Accept payment and provide the correct change.
- Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
- Restock products to ensure freshness.
