About The Position

Seasonal Team Members help make everyday celebrations better during the holiday season by preparing gift baskets, keeping stores clean and stocked, and providing enthusiastic guest service. This is a part-time seasonal position with flexible hours. The 2026 holiday season begins in October 2026 and continues through January 7, 2027. Team Members may be scheduled for morning, daytime, or evening shifts any day Monday through Sunday. Shifts vary and are usually scheduled between 11 AM–7 PM, 12 PM–8 PM, and/or 3 PM–10 PM.

Employees who work all assigned holiday shifts—including the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve—are eligible for a one-time paid $300 bonus in addition to hourly compensation. The bonus is prorated for employees who start after the season begins and is distributed after the holiday season in January 2027. Potential ongoing employment beyond the holiday season is available.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have part-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance and follow the ABC dress code and policies.
• A positive attitude is required.
• Flexibility in daily job tasks is essential.
• Must interact with guests and other team members professionally and courteously.
• Must pass a company-issued background screening before hire.
• Must maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance and remain onsite for the duration of scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among guests and team members.
• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, recommend products, and locate items in the store or at a nearby ABC location.
• Assist guests in taking purchases to their vehicles.
• Create and wrap gift baskets with attention to detail and creativity.
• Operate a point-of-sale terminal to process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts; training is provided.
• Unload delivery trucks as needed, depending on schedule.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Keep the store clean, including breaking down boxes, light trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms clean and supplied.
• Deliver products to curbside pickup parking spots for guests in their cars, as needed.
• Arrive for shifts on time and ready to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
