About The Position

ABC is hiring part-time Seasonal Team Members for its 2026 holiday season, which begins in October 2026 and continues through January 7, 2027. Team Members help make everyday celebrations better by creating gift baskets, keeping stores clean and stocked, and providing enthusiastic service to guests. Schedules are flexible and may include morning, daytime, or evening shifts any day Monday through Sunday. Shifts are usually scheduled between 11 AM and 7 PM, 12 PM and 8 PM, and/or 3 PM and 10 PM.

Team Members who work all assigned holiday shifts—including the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve—are eligible for a one-time $300 paid bonus in addition to hourly compensation. The bonus is prorated for employees who start after the season begins and will be distributed in January 2027 after the season. The role offers competitive pay, discounts on select ABC products, and the potential for ongoing employment beyond the holiday season.

This is an onsite retail position requiring regular, predictable attendance and remaining onsite throughout scheduled shifts. The work involves extended periods of standing and moving, frequent bending, lifting and twisting, and occasional outdoor exposure. Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have part-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and follow the ABC dress code and policies.
• Have a positive attitude and flexibility in daily job tasks.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and other team members.
• Pass the company-issued background screening before hire.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance and remain onsite for the duration of scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests.
• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, recommend products, and locate items in-store or at a nearby ABC location.
• Assist guests in taking purchases to their vehicles.
• Create and wrap gift baskets with attention to detail and creativity.
• Operate a point-of-sale terminal, process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts.
• Unload delivery trucks as needed, depending on the schedule.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Keep the store clean by breaking down boxes, removing light trash, sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms clean and supplied.
• Deliver products to guests in their cars at curbside pickup parking spots as needed.
• Arrive for shifts on time and ready to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
