About The Position
This position focuses on creating a delightful guest experience in a goal-driven, team-oriented atmosphere. The Team Member takes orders, prepares food, and helps keep guests and teammates safe by following proper cleaning procedures. The role also involves delivering friendly guest service and carrying out store operations during scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be available for flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Act with integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude toward teammates and guests.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by putting guests first, connecting with customers, and discovering and responding to their needs.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash-handling, safety, and security procedures.

- Follow proper cleaning procedures to help maintain a safe environment for guests and teammates.
