About The Position

As a Team Member at Harkins, you help ensure every guest has the best possible visit by providing the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. The role involves welcoming guests, supporting them throughout the theater, maintaining clean auditoriums and common areas, and assisting with ticketing, concessions, and guest services. Harkins provides training for the job. Candidates should be professional, friendly, reliable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and motivated to provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Effectively communicate in English and read and write in English.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Be available to work during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer and winter months.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude.
• Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
• Clean auditoriums and common areas.
• Sell and/or prepare concession items.
• Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
• Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
