About The Position

The Team Leader helps deliver the Ultimate Moviegoing Experience by understanding team member responsibilities and training and leading team members. The role involves organizing daily work, coordinating breaks, supporting operations in assigned areas, maintaining clean and safe work and guest areas, providing performance feedback to managers, assisting with policy enforcement, and responding to minor guest concerns.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Have at least 3 months of guest services, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience.
Effectively communicate, read, and write in English.
Be able to work independently or with a team.
Be available during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain the daily plan to help the team perform at its best capacity.
Coordinate team members’ rest and meal breaks.
Motivate, train, mentor, and lead team members in assigned areas during each shift, including concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering.
Delegate tasks and resolve minor employee conflicts.
Ensure work and guest areas are clean, safe, maintained, and organized according to company guidelines.
Provide managers with feedback on general and specific employee performance.
Identify and report policy violations and assist with enforcement, including selling techniques, proper uniform, and cleanliness.
Handle minor guest disturbances and concerns, including product exchanges.
