About The Position

As a Team Member at Harkins Theatres, you help ensure every guest has the best possible visit by providing the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, supporting ticketing and concession operations, maintaining clean auditoriums and common areas, and helping guests with the loyalty program. Harkins provides training for the job. Applicants should be professional, friendly, reliable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and committed to providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Effectively communicate, read, and write in English.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Be available to work during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer and winter months.
• Be professional, friendly, reliable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and committed to providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude.
• Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
• Clean auditoriums and common areas.
• Sell and/or prepare concession items.
• Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
• Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
