About The Position

The Team Leader understands team member responsibilities and trains and leads team members to deliver the Ultimate Moviegoing Experience. The role includes organizing daily work, coordinating breaks, supporting team members across areas such as concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, and helping maintain clean, safe, and organized work and guest areas. Team Leaders also provide performance feedback to managers, help enforce company policies, and address minor guest concerns.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• At least 3 months of guest services, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience.
• Effectively communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the daily plan to ensure the team is performing at its best capacity.
• Coordinate rest and meal breaks.
• Motivate, train, mentor, and lead team members in assigned areas during each shift, including delegating tasks and resolving minor employee conflicts.
• Ensure work and guest areas are clean, safe, maintained, and organized in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide managers with feedback on general and specific employee performance; identify and report policy violations; and assist with enforcement of company policies.
• Handle minor guest disturbances and concerns, including product exchanges.
