About The Position
The Team Member helps ensure every guest’s visit to Harkins Theatres delivers the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. This seasonal position includes guest-facing service and theatre operations, with training provided. Start dates vary based on hiring date. The season is expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, although the actual end date may be earlier or later depending on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for a specific period; employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Effectively communicate and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or with a team.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
- Be professional, friendly, and reliable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment with a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
