Seasonal Team Member
About The Position
The Seasonal Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role includes cash handling, promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, educating customers about the Voice of Customer survey, and assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes. Team Members participate in truck unloading, stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, store maintenance, and assigned Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. They support shrink and safety programs, follow company procedures and policies, and interact with others respectfully. Team Members are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production and may perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to help keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, support the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
