About The Position

Regal Team Members help create a welcoming and memorable theatre experience by assisting guests, serving concessions, and keeping the theatre clean and ready. The role supports guests throughout their visit and contributes to the smooth operation of the theatre. No prior experience is required; training is provided. This is a seasonal position in Ocala, Florida, with pay of $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, answer questions, and help create a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Keep work areas, auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces clean, stocked, and organized.
• Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
• Complete Regal training and certification programs.
