About The Position

The Team Member provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and find solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram processes, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Team Members also assist with online order fulfillment, promote rewards and private-label credit card programs, and support store safety and shrink-prevention efforts.

The position includes cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production. Work takes place in a public retail store, with some duties in stock rooms, outdoors, and in the frame shop. Hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants in the U.S. must meet applicable legal requirements and be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide friendly customer service and a fast, friendly checkout experience; handle cash according to standards.
• Engage customers regarding the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others respectfully, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
