About The Position

The Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, planogram work, merchandise recovery, inventory optimization, and safety and shrink programs. Team Members also assist with online order fulfillment processes, promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, and are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. The position is seasonal and part-time at the Vineland, New Jersey store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

• Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
