About The Position
Taco Bell is hiring Team Members to provide fast, fun, and friendly service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team Members interact with customers, prepare products, maintain product quality, monitor service equipment, and help keep the workplace clean and safe. The role also includes unloading and stocking inventory and supporting recognition and motivation efforts. The listed base pay range is $14.70 to $18.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications; team members may also qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other benefits under company policies. The position advertises closing shifts, with flexible schedules described as including day, night, evening, and late-night shifts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Access to dependable and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity to move up to 45 pounds from one area to another.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills.
- Complete training certification.

Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues.
- Prepare products and maintain product quality.
- Monitor service equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Unload and stock inventory and maintain required inventory levels.
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
- Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
